With regard to visa applications, there are two types of documentation we can supply:

1) A formal invitation letter in English. You may request this by email. This letter should be submitted, together with your visa application, to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate.

2) Documents in Japanese including a detailed plan for the entire period of your stay. In this case please visit the "Visa Application Page" and submit your request after supplying all the necessary data. The documents will be mailed to you provided either that you have paid the registration fee or that your abstract has been accepted.
