Note that the name of a style file described
in the printed final
announcement is changed (phbauth.cls ->
LT23auth.cls).
In some environment (for example, Windows
XP+IE6.0,
"figure1.eps" is automatically
renamed to be "figure1.ps".
If you encounter this problem, specify the
file name as
"figure1.eps" before saving or
rename the file after download.
