Registration fees

The regular and student participant fee includes admission to all scientific sessions of both EP2DS-18 and MSS-14 and programs, a copy of the Abstract book and Conference proceedings of either EP2DS-18 or MSS-14. The Welcome Reception and all coffee-breaks are free for all the participants. An accompanied person receives a conference budge and is invited to the Welcome Reception and coffee-breaks.

* A letter (in English or Japanese) from your current advisor to verify the current student status must be presented on-site at the registration desk.

Banquet and excursion

Fees for banquet and excursion are not included in the above registration fees. The fees are as follows.

We prepare three different excursion courses for the conference participants. Present assignment is; 200 seats for Course 1, 40 for Course 2, and 40 for Course 3. In the case of a depletion of seats, we may ask you to change your course selection. Available number of tickets is 480 for the banquet.

The handling should be on first-come, first-served basis. We will receive your application for the conference banquet and excursion on the payment website described in the following.

The first step of the registration for participation to the Conferences can be made HERE. We refer to this process as "Initial registration. Those who finished the abstract submission have already completed this process.

The payment of the registration fee is first possible after completing the Initial registration. For those who have finished the Initial registration, please vist the following website and finish the payment of registration fees, including optional excursion and banquet.

Bank transfer

Default payment method is a credit card. But, if you have a serious difficulty in the credit card payment, please contact Keio Travel Agency, of which the contact information is written above. They can handle bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration with refund of fee, less a 4,000JPY service charge, will be accepted no later than June 24, 2009 at https://www.kingtour.com/convention/en/u/vc.php?cvid=ep2ds18
for EP2DS-18
and https://www.kingtour.com/convention/en/u/vc.php?cvid=mss14
for MSS-14.
No refunds will be possible after that date.

Change and status check

The change of payment cannot be hadled by the website. You should write an email request to . Payment status can be checked at the same website as the above-mentioned cancellation website. Please note that the ID and password at this website are different from what were assinged by the initial registration. They are assinged when the payment is processed. This ID can be found in the confirmation email of the payment, which is sent from .
